Wereda and Houvener were conducting the inspection to ensure the material condition of the ship and its equipment complies with the requirements of international and domestic regulations for large cargo vessels. Wereda and Houvener were conducting the exam to ensure the material condition of the ship and its equipment complies with the requirements of international and domestic regulations for large cargo vessels.
