WASHINGTON - The U.S. Coast Guard will recognize its five top performers during a ceremony scheduled for Thursday at 10 a.m., here.
Who: Adm. Thad Allen, Coast Guard Commandant; Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard Skip Bowen and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard Reserve Force Jeffery D. Smith, will honor five Coast Guard members who demonstrated exceptional performance in areas of leadership, work ethics, knowledge and community service during 2007.
