I\u2019m always on some sort of mission to find amazing budget buys, mainly so I can continue to buy them guilt-free. I love browsing the aisles of Boots to hunt down products to show you all, and this time I\u2019ve managed to seek out a whole routine for happy skin\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I start, of course, with the brilliant Revlon PhotoReady SkinLights Illuminator in Bare Light (\u00a311.99) \u2013 I think of this as a daily must have, a little somethin\u2019 somethin\u2019 that everyone should own. It works wonders on evening out the skin tone, helping the complexion to look clear and radiant. The illuminator is a skin-like kinda colour, a warm beige I guess I would call it? It\u2019s very flattering, perfecting the skin with every use \u2013 and the subtle shimmer works the blur imperfections and give skin a beautiful glow. It\u2019s a staple in my routine!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Another product I\u2019m partial to is the Seventeen Phwoarr Paint Concealer (\u00a35.49), this is an industrial strength concealer that is designed for the eyes, but I tend to buy a darker shade (Medium) and apply it all over. It\u2019s so easy to blend, covers even the biggest blemishes and never looks heavy or unnatural. I need to repurchase this actually, it\u2019s a dreamy buy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I follow this up with a touch of powder \u2013 even though my skin ain\u2019t the best right now, I think this routine really works. I use the Collection Pressed Powder (\u00a31.99) very lightly all over my skin, this adds a touch of coverage and also sets my makeup, keeping shine away throughout the day. Only a tiiiiny smattering is needed, but it\u2019s actually quite good considering the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finally, I sweep on my favourite Revlon Powder Blush (\u00a37.99) \u2013 a truly beautiful product that I reach for most days. Seen here is Racy Rose, a skin-enhancing perky pink that looks at home on my skin tone. It blends seamlessly and really perks up the whole face. Beautiful!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
