NARS is a brand I just can\u2019t get enough of, maybe it\u2019s the perfectly sleek packaging or perhaps it\u2019s just that the quality never lets me down. Whatever it is, I seem to have a good chunk of the collection! Whilst in London last week, I decided to add a couple of bits to my stash\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I finally caved and bought the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer (\u00a322), this seems to be loved by just about anyone! I actually went to buy it when it was first released but the MUA on counter said it was best for under eyes rather than all over, so I decided not to buy because I already have a tonne of brightening concealers. For reference, I like to use a concealer that matches my skin tone first, all over my face, and then go over with a sheer base \u2013 I find this method really works for me. So, I decided to bite the bullet and buy a colour that matched my skin tone, rather than opt for a shade that would highlight my under-eyes. What a daredevil, eh?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I went for the shade Custard, which is a kind of medium shade that will hopefully do me for the entire year. The concealer itself offers impressive coverage, but it\u2019s very blendable so there\u2019s no issues achieving a flawless result. So far, I\u2019m impressed but I will keep you updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I also picked up one of the new NARS Matte Multiples in Anguilla (\u00a330), which I thought would be a nice summer \u2018do all\u2019 product. I\u2019m not usually for matte products but recently I\u2019ve been feeling really natural makeup, so matte cheeks have been a favourite of mine. I went for Anguilla, which is a soft cool-toned pink \u2013 I thought this was the best lip and cheek shade for me as it\u2019s very wearable and looks great whether you have a tan or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The formula is so soft, it glides on the skin and is easily blended too. I\u2019m really impressed with this, the colour pay-off is perfect too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These two are definitely already daily staples for me.
