Where has the year gone? Halloween will be here in 2 1\/2 months and it is time to start thinking about themes. Each year my whole family dresses up to take whoever the kid happens to be trick-or-treating. In the past we haven’t done a theme, we just all grab a costume and go. I decided that this year we would all be characters from The Wizard Of Oz. Anytime Costumes had plenty for us to choose from, but I ultimately decided on the adult scarecrow costume for my dad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Light brown burlap top with patches and raffia straw trim
Matching pants with elastic waist
Straw trim is made from Fire Retardant Raffia
One standard size fits most adults up to size 44

Doesn’t he make an awesome scarecrow? This costume is so much fun and will be perfect for our theme. The sizing says it will fit most adults up to a size 44. I don’t think so. My dad is a 34 or 36, so if a size 44 could possibly fit, it would be skin tight-especially around the stomach area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I really wanted a lion costume for Evan, but I admit that the one they had looked really cheesy. The other Wizard of Oz costumes look great.
