I was SO excited when my friend Dee asked me to review this gorgeous bag, the Skip Hop Duet. I am a recent \u201cNew Mom\u201d to a sweet baby girl. So much has changed since my older two were born, they are 7 & 9. Definitely gone are the days of frumpy, cheesy diaper bags! Right out of the box I was impressed with the color and material. There was a slight smell when I initially opened the plastic, but it has since dissipated and is now gone. The Taupe is gorgeous and the tiny diamond pattern makes it so stylish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The material on the removable organizer is completely wipeable, which is a necessity for a diaper bag. The Tote itself although faux leather, looks and feels very high quality and durable. The fact that you receive two bags in one is awesome. The inner bag has everything you need in a diaper bag; multiple interior\/exterior pockets and a changing pad. There is even a special cell phone pocket and hooks to attach your keys for easy accessibility. This bag could totally be used by itself with the cross body strap or attached to the stroller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now the best part! The entire zip close diaper bag fits INSIDE the stylish tote bag. There are little locks on the side to secure the diaper bag inside the tote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the bags are like this you have multiple options. You can use either the tote\u2019s double handles, the cross body strap which also attaches to the tote bag. or the stroller straps. It\u2019s the perfect way to \u201chide\u201d the diaper bag when you\u2019re feeling fancy. Or you could just save the stylish tote for yourself and use the diaper bag for baby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am not a \u201cpack the house up\u201d kind of Mom, but this bag has more than enough room for all the necessities. One of my favorite things is that the bag stands upright even when full. The sides of the tote are sturdy enough to keep its shape so the bag doesn\u2019t flop over. This is especially important for me, because every time I set the bag down it doesn\u2019t tip over and spill out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
