I’ve come to terms with my face mask addiction, so I thought I would share a few favourites with you here…

May Lindstrom Skin The Problem Solver Mask, £69
This is one pricey pick, but I promise you it’s worth the money. This is a detox mask for cleansing the skin of impurities, it is the product to have on hand if you’re prone to blackheads and blemishes, and it works wonders on uneven tone and a lacklustre complexion too. It’s packed with antioxidant-rich ingredients, all of which are natural, organic, cruelty-free, sustainable – not to mention the products are homemade by May herself (a former model turned skincare maverick).
The mask comes in powder form, so it’s more economical in the long-run (you get more, you make it up as you need it, it doesn’t go off etc.) – all you have to do is mix a little with water (or yoghurt/manuka honey) and apply to the skin. The mask turns in to a weird, light mousse when it’s mixed, and it has a lot of exfoliating particles in there too, so you really do get an incredible cleanse. I apply it for around 30 minutes, or until it’s dried, and then wipe off and moisturise as usual. Heavenly!

Pai Copaiba Deep Cleanse AHA Mask, £30
A rather recent release from one of my favourite skincare brands, trust me when you say you need this deep cleansing concoction! Every single one of Pai’s products is more than impressive, and this mask does not disappoint. It aims to revive and regenerate the skin, helping to deep cleanse pores, slough off dead skin cells and really purify the complexion. It improves radiance, evens out tone and really works to clear up a problem complexion, and it’s suitable for sensitive skin. One use of this and you’ll be hooked!

REN Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask, £32
Ah, a long time favourite of mine! This mask is the one, especially if you have a few old blemish scars to take care of. It works on tone, helps to add a dreamy glow to the skin and really improves the overall look of the skin – it’s incredible stuff. Plus, it smells dreamy and feels like jam to apply – what’s not to love? This is a limited edition tube being released in June, you get 75ml (instead of 50ml) for the usual price of £32, so look out for that online from next month.

Oskia Renaissance Mask, £48.50
I feel like I talk about this mask all the time, but Oskia are one of those brands that I absolutely cannot get enough of. The kind of brand where I try one or two products and then set about trying to create an entire skincare routine using only their products. Yeah.If you’ve tried the cult Renaissance Cleanser, you just have to treat yourself to the mask – it has that same soft, buttery texture and promises even better results. This works like a radiance mask, it evens out the skin and increases cell turnover for a healthier complexion. No more tired, dull skin when this is around, just one application is pretty life-changing if you ask me. I love using this a couple of times a month (always on a Sunday!) for a dreamy pamper that leaves my skin feeling and looking incredible for the week ahead.

Have you tried any of these?

[2,12
