Another round of beauty favourites coming your way today – again, there’s a slightly more luxe feel going on but I promise they’re well worth their price tags. Most of these have been pretty much daily staples of mine so I really should have squeezed them in somewhere earlier…
I’ll start with the L’Occitane Revitalising Fresh Detangling Spray (£18), you all know I love a detangling spray as I tend to use less conditioner or reverse wash my hair so it’s always in need of a good amount of detangling. I love this as you can spray as much as you want and the hair never feels weighed down. I like using it on dry hair too, in between washes to freshen it up and keep it manageable – perfect if, like me, you have fine or thin hair. It’s lightly scented and so great for refreshing unwashed hair in that sense too – especially if you’ve been cooking or around smokers and you can’t get the smells out of your hair!
Another new-ish product for me is the Oskia Restoration Oil (£60) – I’m really big on the benefits of an oil and I think they do so much for balancing the skin, keeping my complexion more normal than oily. This feels super nourishing but also very light, and within a few uses I noticed that my skin was looking a whole lot more clearer. It feels so luxurious on the skin, so it’s the ideal evening skin treat. I tend to just work in a couple of drops before my moisturiser and I’m already seeing a difference.
Finally, a couple of Clinique bits I’m loving. The Lash Power mascara (£18) has the most unusual brush ever – it weighs almost nothing and the bristles are small and feathery. It means you can get right in there and coat every hair, while also plumping and curling the lashes. I really like it, but I tend to use it during the day as it really opens the eyes for that bright-eyed look.
Also here is the new Clinique Chubby Sticks for Cheeks (£19) which are just as beautiful as they sound. I knew straight away I would love these, and the colour range is flawless – seen here is Robust Rhubarb, a fresh pinky red – there’s so many unique shades that really suit a variety of skin tones. I just use them straight on my skin, drawing a small circle of colour before blending with a buffing brush for a seamless pop of colour. I definitely recommend picking one up, they’re super lovely and completely budge-proof.
Have you tried any of these?
