Wordless Wednesday – Before/After Kitchen Remodel Pictures

We bought a house on the lake last year and completely remodeled it.

We gutted and remodeled enough to move in 1 1/2 months later, but have been continuing the process since we moved in. I’m happy to report that is mostly done. Like any house, there will always been upgrades and projects, but the brunt of the work is done. I still have a lot of decorating to do in most of the house, but here is the kitchen.

The first pictures are from the first time we viewed the house a year ago and I saw potential(all of that stuff is from the previous owner). The second pictures are what it looks like now.

The whole project has been DIY – including the custom cabinets/island that my dad, husband, and cousin built.
