I normally sleep on my stomach or hugging one of my pillows. My husband laughs at me because I need my nest of 4 pillows to sleep. I started tossing and turning early in this pregnancy because I was trying to avoid sleeping on my stomach. I also had a bit of back pain. The Snoozer Full Body Pillows aren’t just for pregnancy, so I will be using this for many years. They actually sent me two, one that had a medium fill and another with a softer fill. I truly thought that I would use the medium fill, but ultimately decided on the softer fill after trying both of them.

I also tried it both ways-with the hook part between my legs and then behind my head. It was definitely more comfortable for me behind my head. I then wrap my legs around the straight part. I really think that it would be even more comfortable if there was a “hook” on both ends instead of just one. The Snoozer has helped keep me on my side while staying comfortable for a good night’s sleep(well, as good as it gets when you have to get up to tinkle 500 times a night). I haven’t been tossing and turning near as much since I’ve had my snoozer pillow. I have used it to sleep all of these ways-not completely on my stomach or back.

The pillow comes with its own pillow case that is actually quite a pain to put on, but most body pillow covers are! In addition to sleeping with the pillow, I also use it to prop me up while watching TV or reading in bed. Once the baby arrives, I can also use it as a nursing pillow.
