Life Lately.

Everyone loves an Instagram update, am I right? Well I haven’t done one of these in an age, so I thought it would about time I got my collage abilities together and came up with something magical. Did I do well?

I feel like I’ve been all over the place these past few weeks – we (unfortunately) live a minutes walk from one of the Commonwealth stadiums so it’s been a little hectic! I can’t wait to get back to normality, that was way too much stress for me. I didn’t think it would affect us that much but in the end I had a load of meetings in town and our train station was packed with thousands of people – at one point after a late dinner I had to wait on the platform stairs for roughly a thousand people to come down before I could even move. Oh, and all the restaurants around us definitely hiked up their prices.

I haven’t been doing a whole lot else, only trying to get the flat in shape! It is looking really lovely though so I’m pleased about that – and we ordered our little mint sofa which is fun, fun, fun. Only a couple of our friends have seen the place because up until last week we didn’t even have a dining table. New house woes.

Mouse is as naughty as ever – we’ve been letting her walk outside our flat just in the close, but she’s not that interested which makes me feel less guilty!

Jordan’s meant to be going away with the band again soon – hope you’ve all picked up the new album!! It’s so, SO good – for a really long time, so I’m trying to make the most of seeing him now. I always get so much done when he’s not here though soooo.

I’m also meant to be going to New Zealand in October for the month so if it all goes ahead, I’ll have a silly amount of work to do. I guess I would just blog when I’m over there really. How fun.
