I have been very impressed with this set. It was my first experience using Ceramic Knives and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Using them with tomatoes and other soft items was perfect. To store, you need to put them in a block or keep them in this box that they come in. They can chip or break if you keep them in a drawer.
