LeapFrog – My Own Leaptop Review + Giveaway

Isabella has recently become obsessed with my Laptop. She is always trying to open it and has knocked it off of my chair more times than I can count. I decided it was time to get her a “pretend” laptop in hopes it would take some of the attention off of mine.

LeapFrog came to the rescue with the My Own Leaptop.

I was able to hook the USB cord into the Leaptop and personalize it with her name, emails from us, and some songs that she would recognize.

Here is what one of the personalized emails looks like. I made this one from Evan. It says her name, the message, and that it is from Evan.

There are many modes for them to play in. With the mouse they can choose to learn about animals, music, or the ABCs.

The top has three buttons that they can choose other options with. They can read their emails, listen to their songs, or make a blog entry(just like mommy).

Here is the off button where you can also select the volume.

Both kids really enjoy playing with the Leaptop. Isabella will hop up in my lap and play with it while I blog on my laptop. It has way more for them to do than I originally thought. The ABC function is also helping Evan learn letter recognition.

This would make a great gift for any boy or girl toddler on your list! Visit Leapfrog to see even more gift ideas(they make it really easy to shop by age), or read my LeapFrog toy reviews to see what we think.
