Alouette® Gourmet Cheese And Chavrie® All Natural Goat Cheese Review + Giveaway FOUR WINNERS

I don’t know about you, but we have a month full of Holiday Parties and family gatherings. For most of those we have been asked to bring finger foods or appetizers of some sort. Thankfully, I was recently introduced to Alouette® Gourmet Cheese And Chavrie® All Natural Goat Cheese. We were sent a large selection of their products to test out.

Alouette® Gourmet Cheese
The distinctive flavors of Alouette® Cheese are the result of their rich culinary heritage. From their humble origins in France, they’re proud that connoisseurs and consumers alike have made them America’s #1* Brand of Premium Spreadable Cheese.

I tried several of their products, but my favorites were the Alouette® Gourmet Spreadable Cheese Logs. We used bagel crisps to spread it on. My favorite flavor was the Sundried Tomatoes. My aunt preferred the Garlic & Herbs, my mom liked them mixed, and my husband loved them both.

Another favorite was the Soft Spreadable Cheese. The Berries And Cream was a little too “much” for me, but my mom loved it. I really liked the Limited Edition Cheesecake spread on graham crackers!

One of my favorite things to do with the Brie cheese is to bake it in a puff pastry. Here is that recipe, the only difference is that I usually put fruits and nuts in it as well:

Ingredients

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 pkg. (13.2 oz.) Alouette Baby Brie®, Original or Herb

Directions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Roll out puff pastry to 1/8” thickness.
Place Alouette Baby Brie in center of pastry, pull up sides and crimp to enclose cheese. Turn over and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400ºF for 15 – 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand 30 minutes before serving.

They have so much that my whole family loves. Their cheeses were a huge hit over Thanksgiving and they all expect more for Christmas. Be sure to check out the Alouette Gourmet Cheese Recipes for some great ideas!

Chavrie® All Natural Goat Cheese
Chavrie® is a modern goat cheese for food lovers who want to bring a healthy twist to their everyday culinary experience. I honestly had never used goat cheese while cooking, and am so glad that I was introduced to Chavrie. They have a ton of great recipes, but one of the best Holiday Recipes is the Chavrie® Goat Cheese Log Rolled in Dried Cranberries.

Ingredients

  • 1-11 oz or (2) 4 oz log Chavrie® Fresh Goat Log
