Yoplait Frozen Smoothie And KitchenAid 3-speed Blender Review + Giveaway

One of my favorite treats is a smoothie. They contain both fruit and calcium so they are a healthy snack or breakfast. I didn’t make them very often because it is time consuming to clean/chop fruit to prepare them. I was recently introduced to the Yoplait Smoothie and have fallen in love.

The smoothies couldn’t be easier to make. We used the 3-speed KitchenAid® Blender that they sent to prepare them. This awesome blender actually has a smoothie button.

The fruit is already prepared and ready to go in the Yoplait Smoothie pouch. We combined the pouch with one cup of milk in the blender.

Then we pressed the smoothie button.

The smoothie was ready in no time.

Evan is a very picky eater. I’m not sure where he got that from because my husband and I both eat everything in sight. I’m always worried that he isn’t getting the nutrients that he needs because he doesn’t eat many fruits are veggies. I was shocked when he liked this smoothie. He claims he doesn’t like strawberries – but he obviously eats them when they are in a smoothie.

Our family loves the ease of making these smooties. I wish that there was more fruit in the pouches. They each make two servings, but there are four of us. I would like them to come in a resealable bag with more fruit so that I could measure out how much I needed at a time. Sometimes I am the only one who wants one, and sometimes all four of us want a smoothie.
