My kids both have birthdays next month and we’re starting to talk about what kind of party they want. Evan wants to have a bounce house like we did last year because that was the highlight of the party. My only concern is that it was so incredibly hot. After looking at Bounce Houses Now, I knew the Pirates Bay Inflatable Play Park by Blast Zone would be the perfect solution.
This Inflatable water park has exceeded my expectations. When I was looking on the internet, I thought it may be a little small, but I couldn’t have been more wrong! Look how tiny Evan looks coming down the slide(he’s almost 4 and really tall for his age). Isabella(almost 2) is jumping around in the bounce house area and there is still plenty of room for more kids. The Play Park can hold 1-6 kids with a maximum weight of 600 pounds.

The Pirates Bay bounce house comes with everything you need for a day packed with fun. It includes the bounce house, the blower, stakes to keep it in the ground, and hose that feeds water to the slide and cannons.

It takes a minute or less to unfold it and attach the blower.

The blower is extremely easy to operate. There is a little switch that even my kids can do by themselves. The whole Play Park is blown up in about a minute.

Once it is inflated, we attached the included hose to the cannons and used the Velcro straps on the bottoms to hold it in place.

We attached that tubing to our water hose and then turned it on. Water sprays out of both cannons and the top of the slide, keeping the slide wet and filling the pool part up. The pool part can hold quite a bit of water and takes a while to fill up.

The bounce house is accessible through either the pool or the tunnel under the slide.

The back has the “ladder” with plenty of places for their feet to fit in and handles to help pull themselves up. It says for ages 3 and up, and even though it took Isabella a few days to really figure it out, she can now get up there by herself.

The pool part really does fill up with a lot of water. Isabella’s favorite thing to do is play around in that area with random toys. Evan likes to get his goggles on and push himself along. I personally like sitting in it to keep cool!

The Play Park has to be completely dry before folding up because it will get moldy if not. I have heard people say it takes absolutely forever to dry out, but lucky for us, we live where it is really hot. The first day we made a mistake and had in on a slight incline where the water rushed back into the bounce house area when we deflated it. Every other time, we’ve turned it around so that the water rushes right out of the pool area where the cannons are. After we’ve gotten any pools of water out, we blow it back up for a while until it is dry. The kids kept getting grass all over the slide and in the pool part, so I put a slip n’ slide that they had recently busted on the side to go from the pool to the ladder in hopes of minimizing the grass.

The Water Park comes with a bag to store it in. It is pretty easy to fold up and stuff in the bag-especially if two people are doing it.

The kids have both spent hours upon hours playing with the Inflatable water slide and it still hasn’t gotten old. We have had 100+ degree days here lately and this gives us another summer outdoor activity. They can run, jump, slide, and splash for hours while keeping cool. It is plenty large enough for several of their friends to play on it with them. The Pirates Bay Inflatable Play Park will be a blast at any party that we have.

The only issue we have had with the Play Park is that almost every time the kids go to use the cannons, the hose slips off. When that happens, we usually just leave it off and drape it over the side into the pool because Isabella gets tired of the water spraying on her when she’s playing the pool anyway.
