Holiday Gift Guide – Radio Flyer Ziggle Review + Giveaway

Our family spends much of our day outdoors. Now that it is too cold to swim, the kids are mostly playing with their bikes and ride-on toys. Radio Flyer sent us their new Ziggle. We have many Radio Flyer toys, and I knew they would have a ball with the Ziggle. It is meant for ages 3-8, so both of my oldest kids can enjoy it. They have played with it almost every day since it arrived a few weeks ago.

There has never been a more fun way to ride than with the NEW Radio Flyer Ziggle. All you do is twist the front and wiggle the back and off you go. Advanced riders gain speed and can drift into 360⁰ spins. Four high performance caster wheels provide a smooth ride on any surface. The adjustable seat grows with your child and the padded hand grips, grip tape for feet and solid steel frame add comfort and control for years of fun.

It arrived in these pieces. I put it together in less than 10 minutes(probably closer to 5), with absolutely no issues. The kids were so excited to try it, and snatched it as soon as I tightened the last bolt. The seat is adjustable, but my youngest is 4 and tall, so I tightened it in the furthest setting. That distance works great for both kids. As Kallie Jane( 1 1/2) grows, I can move it up so she can reach the handlebars.

Most of our driveway is flat, but it has an incline at the end. The kids can wiggle really fast to get up there slowly, but they usually push each other. They have a ball coming down the small hill. Evan says that he wishes there were brakes on it for when they do come down because it can get really fast. He comes down the hill and swings it to the right, which spins him in a 360.

The faster you wiggle, the faster you ziggle. I was skeptical that it would go on its own – even up hill, but it does! Obviously, it goes slower up hill, but they can really get going with it when on a flat surface and going down an incline. Both of my oldest kids(4 and 6) give the Ziggle rave reviews and love showing off what it can do when the neighbors come over. All of the kids that have tried it out adore the Ziggle.
