Pampers Helped Me Give The Gift Of Sleep

Having a new baby usually means sacrificing sleep. Pampers wanted to help give the “Gift of Sleep” to new parents and sent me a $500 Gift Card to help achieve that goal. I didn’t even have to think about what I would do with money. We know a young girl that had a baby about 2 months ago. His dad unexpectedly passed away when the baby was just two weeks old, and she needs absolutely everything.

I knew that giving this family the essentials would be enough to help them sleep without worrying about everything they needed to purchase on an extremely limited budget. In addition to the two packs of diapers that Pampers sent, I also bought two huge boxes along with a box of wipes. Pampers has always been my go-to diaper. They keep my babies dryer than any other brand I’ve tried. They feature up to 12 hours of overnight protection, which ultimately means more sleep for parents. The Swaddlers are so soft and now go up to a size 5!

I also got a mobile to help keep baby entertained for a few extra moments of sleep for mom. As a firm believer in sleep sacks, I purchase three for the baby. A few toys will also help keep baby entertained and with teething right around the corner, I got some mesh feeders and a taggie lovie. The baby’s formula is pretty pricey, so we included some of that as well. These cute overalls were just too adorable to pass up!

I know from first hand experience that a jumperoo is a huge must for grabbing a quick shower, making dinner, or any other chores when you are on your own. This family also only has an older infant car seat, so I found one that can be used from now until the baby is up to 100 pounds and is using it as booster.

We dropped the items off on Sunday and it made me feel so good to see how overjoyed they were. Pampers allowed me to make a huge impact with a family that I have been wanting to help. I am so thankful to be on the Pampers Baby Board.
