While I’m not a fitness junkie, I do like to stay active. I have times where I don’t feel like getting off of my couch, but the InTouch Heart Rate Monitor keeps me motivated. I can easily switch modes to see how many steps I’ve taken or how long I’ve been active that day and many times I am ashamed so I get up and start walking. The Heart Rate Montior allows me to know that I’m increasing my fat burn by being int he right zone. To obtain my heart rate, I simply touch the face of the watch.
