Cozy Cover sent me their Infant Carrier Cover and their Portable Easy Seat to put to the test. You might be wondering why I chose to review a carrier cover in April. Well …. we might not need it right now, but it will really come in handy in December when our 6th little bundle arrives! Yay! Yep, I said sixth. 🙂
SO, I was interested in checking this cover out because we have an infant car seat which is noticeably larger than standard infant carriers. It’s both wider and longer to accommodate babies further into their second year in a rear-facing position. The downside to this is that I haven’t found a car seat cover that actually fits it! There are always gaps on the sides, and the cover usually pops off the top or bottom. I’m thrilled to report the Cozy Cover is the first exception!!
The materials are great, and the stitching seems durable. The interior is a plush fleece, while the exterior is soft nylon.

It is roomy enough for the largest infant car seat with NO gaps anywhere to be found. And it fits comfortably so it won’t pull off.

The face cover isn’t pulling, which also sets the Cozy Cover apart from other brands I’ve tried.

Features include:
Cozy Cover provides your baby the ultimate in protection from the elements ranging from snow, wind, rain and other harsh climate conditions
Safe, backless design as recommended by car seat specialists everywhere
Dual zippers for easy access to infant and child safety straps
Pullover flap to shelter baby’s face from the elements while transporting outdoors (breathable)
Elasticized edge allows for easy use on carrier
Suggested age: 0-12 months
Made of Fleece and Nylon
Machine wash
It’s available in a variety of colors and materials. So take your pick, and keep your baby protected from the elements this winter without compromising accessibility! They also have a lightweight cover for the warmer months to shield your baby from sun and wind without making them too hot!
The Cozy Cover Portable Easy Seat was a quick yes to review because I frequently find myself in an inconvenient location for trying to feed Adalee! My solutions in the past have been trying to keep a squirmy 13 month old on my lap or stick her in the car seat! Not anymore.

I love this seat! It comes with a small carrying case which easily drops in the diaper bag.

It easily fits over any chair. You can simply pull the toggle to tighten if necessary.

One strap fits around the base of the chair back.

The other straps at the bottom of the seat pull up to the top of the chair back and thread through the holders to keep it in the proper position.

When you’re done using the seat, simply unhook the clip but leave them threaded in place for the next use.

I took the picture below before I realized the straps needed to be threaded up top in the back. She was much more secure once I hooked it up properly! 🙂

The shoulder straps are easily adjustable, and I felt that she was VERY safe.

I really like this seat!! It’s so lightweight and portable that you really can take it ANYWHERE and easily contain your little one! It was comfortable for her, and a breeze to set up. WIN!
